We are located in bright, fresh premises in Bunkeflostrand, with good parking facilities and convenient bus connections (yes, the bus stop is just a couple of minutes away).

Here you will find most things under one roof: medical consultations, nursing consultations, district nurse consultations, asthma/COPD consultations, diabetes consultations, elderly care consultations, psychologists, and child health centers.

In your role, you will work with psychological counseling, diagnostics, and treatment of patients with mental and behavioral health issues, and you will also have assignments as a rehabilitation coordinator.

You will be an important part of a multidisciplinary team where you, in close collaboration with doctors and other healthcare providers, contribute to offering care within first-line psychiatry.

The work takes place both through physical patient meetings at the clinic and via our digital channels – such as video, chat, and phone – which gives you the opportunity to meet patients where they are.

You should have a relevant education for the position with at least basic psychotherapy training, licensed psychotherapist, social worker, or psychologist. Previous experience in primary care and competence and interest in ACT is an advantage.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, where personal maturity, integrity, and ability to collaborate are important qualities.

You should be comfortable with short treatment series to provide more patients with the opportunity for contact, and you should see the possibility of treatment via digital pathways. You are used to working independently, are secure in your professional role, and work with high medical quality. We would like you to be responsible and have good organizational skills. You enjoy challenges and want to be involved in the development of the healthcare center.

The position is approximately 80% and start date is negotiable.
